The Judiciary under Chief Justice Martha Koome has been leaving Kenyans confused at times. That is because at some point, they were making rulings that some people felt that they were in bed with the Executive but at some point, they have been leaving the Executive under the leadership of President William Ruto in a jar.
While that is the case, today President William Ruto and his administration were left flatfooted after the Judiciary making two crucial rulings.
As reported by The Standard through their official Telegram page, the High court today declared President William Ruto’s human resource taskforce unconstitutional. The AG is now seeking a 30 day suspension of the judgement as the team nears the end of their tenure.
Apart from that, the court also gave President William Ruto’s government a big blow after quashing decision to block protest in Nairobi CBD and for all demos in the country to have a leader.
