Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua lawyers have walked out of the Senate of Kenya. According to lawyer Paul Mwite they could not continue with the impeachment motion after Deputy President fell Sick for one reason.
According to Lawyer Paul Mwite, he claimed that they can not continue with the impeachment motion since they did not have any instructions form their client Gachagua.
Therefore, they walked out of the house and held a press conference outside parliament. They claimed that their client is not well and they can only continue Once he is well and with instructions to them.
While speaking to the media, Gachagua doctor clarified that his client is sick and will have to wait for at least 72 hours before any evaluation is done to a certain the progress.
Well, the senators are continuing with the impeachment motion and Kenyans are waiting to see what will happen going forward.
