Mark Wainana who passed away a few days ago due to lung failure. He died just a few days after his major fundraiser that was scheduled for his treatment in India.

According to the video seen online. A condolences messages from President William Ruto and Kithure Kindiki were rejected. Residents booed throughout the message forcing the clergy to intervene and ask whoever was reading to stop there.
The attempt by governor Irungu Kangata to plead with residents to allow the message to be heard landed on a deaf ears. The governor later on continued with his own speech after allowing the person tasked with reading president William Ruto’s Message to leave the podium.
