**Junet Mohamed Speaks Out After Kalonzo Musyoka Heckled at Nairobi Event**

Suna East Member of Parliament Junet Mohamed has reacted strongly to the recent
incident where Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka was heckled during an event organized
by the Linda Mwananchi Movement at its Nairobi headquarters.

The incident, captured in a widely circulated video online, shows the Wiper leader
walking away visibly displeased after a section of the crowd began booing him. The
video quickly sparked heated debates across social media platforms, drawing mixed
reactions over political tolerance and decorum within coalition activities.

Addressing the media following the altercation, Junet Mohamed pointed accusing fingers
at Nairobi Senator and fellow political leader Edwin Sifuna, alleging that the disruptions
were organized. Junet asserted that Sifuna orchestrated the hostility by encouraging
his supporters to heckle the former Vice President during his address.

“Kalonzo Musyoka is a senior statesperson and a highly respectable leader who deserves
decorum wherever he goes,” Junet emphasized. He condemned the hostility directed
at the Wiper leader, cautioning politicians against using crowd mobilizations to
disrespect senior political figures.

Junet noted that political differences should be addressed through structured dialogue
rather than public humiliation and organized heckling.

The confrontation highlights growing friction and underlying tensions among key
leaders within the political landscape as factions position themselves for party
dominance.

While Edwin Sifuna’s camp has yet to issue an official apology regarding the hostility
at the headquarters, Junet’s sharp rebuke underscores the delicate balance of mutual
respect required to maintain unity among opposition leaders.
