Just recently, former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua caused a stir in the country after he publicly claimed that the money being dished out by government leaders is dirty money. He urged Kenyans to spend the money on the way and never mix it with their own money because it may affect the person’s income.
Well, many people have been reacting on those remarks from Gachagua and today, things were just made worse after his close ally made his latest remarks.
Through his official Facebook account, Wahome Thuku claimed that Rigathi Gachagua was offered Ksh. 2 billion to resign but he refused. According to Thuku, Gachagua may have refused the money because he couldn’t have spent the whole amount in one day.
Wahome Thuku went on to allege that if Rigathi Gachagua could have taken the money, the could have seen fire later on because at the moment, court cases could have been hanging on his head.
