Siaya County governor James Orengo is one of the lead counsel representing the National Assembly in the case of Gachagua Impeachment.
Orengo was allowed to continue with his submission after senate speaker Amason Kingi ruled against Gachagua lawyers plea to have him removed from the case.
It was submitted that, him being a full-time public servant, it was unconstitutional for him to represent the assembly.
Well, his submission in the case was termed average by analysts compared to defence team. One leaders allied to Raila has now issued a controversial statement over the same.
