The battle for Mount Kenya region control is in top gear. Leaders are currently aligning between Deputy Rigathi Gachagua and Interior Cabinet Secretary Professor Kindiki.
Few days ago, a section of member of Parliament dumped Gachagua for Kindiki changing the tide on who is really in charge.
Well, Deputy President Rigathi Gachagwa has opened up on having a beef with Kindiki after he was endorsed as Kingpin.
Speaking in Meru County. The second in command set the record straight claiming he is not fighting Kindiki and at no given point he is going to do so. According to him, some people are trying to drive a wedge between them with an intention of dividing Mount Kenya region.
“I can not fight my bother Kindiki. He is doing his work so well that we appreciate it. Some people are just trying to use Moi error tactics to divide us and I will not be part of that scheme. We were elected to serve Kenyans as a team and that is what I’m focusing on” said Gachagua.
