It is no secret that Embakasi East Constituency Member of Parliament Hon Babu Owino has been giving most of the Orange Democratic Movement party politicians sleepless nights. The youthful politician decided not to go on board when the former second Prime Minister of the Republic of Kenya Hon Raila Amolo Odinga joined President Dr William Samoei Arap Ruto in forming a broad based government.
But a close ally of the Orange Democratic Movement party leader Hon Raila made startling allegations against Hon Babu Owino. While responding to a post on X, where someone said that the way Babu Owino is moving, it shows that he is a leader and that he was born with it, Kileleshwa Ward Member of County Assembly Robert Alai told the person that he has poor understanding of what leadership is. He went ahead and claimed that Hon Babu Owino is a drug peddler and not a leader.
